General Terms & Disclaimer:
Services will be rendered when payment
is received and cleared. If for some reason services can not be
performed by Success In Media, a prompt refund will be made.
For Media Training:
Date and time of training will be agreed upon between trainer and
client. Success In Media reserves the right to decline training for
any reason. If services are declined after payment has been made, payment
will be returned to the client. If services are performed, payment
will not be returned to client.

RESULTS:
Your payment will be acknowledgement that you have read this disclaimer and that you agree to all the terms listed below:
Upon
working with Success In Media. I claim responsibility for my own
media success and do not hold Success In Media
responsible in any way for my media performance or lack of media exposure.
Results will vary depending on the individual. This training is NOT a
guarantee that client will be on a Television/Radio program... or appear
in a print publication. The training
is also NOT a guarantee if the client, once services have been rendered,
decides not to practice the methods/techniques and/or changes the content
established during the training based on their work. It will be up to the
client to repeatedly and consistently practice what is taught in the
training, to help them perform at their maximum potential.
